proceeded to 
give him a real massage. They started having a casual conversation; he was 
nice. He seemed free spirited. 
thought about possibly setting him up 
with her mother. 
was paid about $300 for this encounter. When there 
were sexual encounters EPSTEIN would pay more. 
soon started going almost everyday.

after that GROFF would start arranging it. GROFF would call

first sexual encounter happened around the second time she massaged him. 
EPSTEIN got off the table and said that he could tell she was stressed. He 
took out a vibrator and asked if this was OK. He then put it on

recalled moving into the 301 building right after getting this haircut. 
This was within about seven months of meeting EPSTEIN, around 2006-2007. 
went to the EPSTEIN's island about 15 times. She went to the New 
Mexico ranch very early on. 
went to Boston with EPSTEIN and III 
went to Palm Beach, Florida several times. She also went 
while he was in jail. Prior to EPSTEIN going to jail, 
was with him a 
lot. They had sex and EPSTEIN did not have 
consent. The first time 
would straddle EPSTEIN and nothing would happen. The next time 
something would happen. 
wished she didn't stay with him that long and wished she didn't 
take 
IIII to the island. EPSTEIN used the fact that

next morning, EPSTEIN woke her up in bed and wouldn't let her get up. He 
was very angry and showed 
the message on his computer. He told her to 
pack up her stuff and get off of the island.

main island on a motor boat by a man she did not know. She was then placed 
in a black car and taken to the airport.

back to New York, EPSTEIN told her to move out of the 301 East 66th Street 
apartment. She then moved back in with

Sometime prior to this situation, 
mother found something about 
EPSTEIN being a child molester. She was concerned for 
confronted EPSTEIN about it and he told her he was not one. 
believed him because he said the girls showed ID and they must have 
been fake IDs. 
had a similar situation and 
though that EPSTEIN may 
have done something to her. 
feared for 
life. 
GHISLAINE MAXWELL was a staple on the island. MAXWELL taught 
how 
to please EPSTEIN a certain way. 
had seen

EPSTEIN would control their food portions and would send them to the

thought MAXWELL was just his friend. She then thought MAXWELL 
MAXWELL used a fist to show what type of pressure to use to please 
EPSTEIN only and not others. MAXWELL would show how to give blow jobs and 
hand jobs. EPSTEIN was not present for this conversation. MAXWELL was very 
in tune with his needs. 
and MAXWELL had a business relationship. MAXWELL trained the girls 
on how you talk to EPSTEIN, how you please him, where you can go on the 
island, and to be caretakers of EPSTEIN. MAXWELL knew EPSTEIN needed sex a 
lot. MAXWELL would portray that "he is a sexual being" and that "if you 
aren't taking care of his needs while on the island then there is no place 
for you here". 
got in trouble by MAXWELL for leaving the room right 
after EPSTEIN fell asleep during a massage.

first time EPSTEIN had 
with another man. GROFF asked

becoming sexual and 
ran out of the room. 
told EPSTEIN and he 
laughed it off. 
Another incident was with a man known to 
as JESS DALEY (later 
learned to be JES STALEY herein referred to as STALEY) who worked for JP 
MORGAN. EPSTEIN told her to give STALEY a massage in EPSTEIN's 
mansion. This incident occurred around 2011-2012 when 
was graduating 
from massage school. When 
entered the room to massage STALEY he was 
in his boxers on his phone on his back. 
asked what he wanted massaged 
and how and what bothered him. STALEY then gestured to his shoulders and 
his crotch area. 
then massaged his shoulders then stomach. 
STALEY then forcefully put her hands on his crotch area. This ended in 
rough sex. 
told STALEY she did not want this. 
told STALEY that 
EPSTEIN wouldn't like this. STALEY said "it's fine". 
later told 
EPSTEIN and she was upset about it. EPSTEIN told her that he "left it up to 
you guys to decide". After this, 
then distanced herself from 
EPSTEIN. This was when she realized he didn't care about her. 
told 
about these incidents. III or III may have been in the 
house for these incidents. 
massage school was paid for by 
EPSTEIN around that time so she was made to think she was in debt to him. 
felt she had to give these massages to these men. They did not pay 
but EPSTEIN paid 
for things that week. 
had a sexual encounter with BLACK. She told 
to break contact with EPSTEIN. 
was in the kitchen at the 
mansion and 
was there. 
was called up to give BLACK a 
massage so she went up. It was not a massage and she gave BLACK a blow 
job. Afterwards she wanted to wash her mouth out and was grossed out. 
EPSTEIN thought it was funny and he laughed about how small BLACK's penis 
was.

laughed a bit but later on disclosed that she was not OK with 
JEAN-LUC brought girls. He asked EPSTEIN what he thought of specific 
girls on the island, not regulars. EPSTEIN stressed to find new girls, any 
girls, in massage school. MAXWELL may have asked if 
found anyone at 
the New York house. 
went with III to a night club to pick up a 
girl. 
never met this girl. The girls that were coming for massages

alright. The girls would then bring other girls. Some looked really young 
but 
didn't ask. She was scared to ask their age. EPSTEIN wanted 
"cute girls". EPSTEIN made 
feel like she was ancient. III was a 
little older than 
and EPSTEIN liked that she looked like a young 
girl. EPSTEIN said "the younger they look the better". MAXWELL said she 
had gotten too old. EPSTEIN would make fun of her. MAXWELL knew 
EPSTEIN wanted younger girls and that he only likes younger girls. JEAN-LUC 
knew this too and one time on the plane he said "oh you like them young". 
knew there were cameras around the house and was afraid to say 
anything that she wouldn't say directly to EPSTEIN. 
was followed for 
a month when she didn't talk to EPSTEIN and eventually he confronted her. 
Prior to EPSTEIN going to jail, EPSTEIN would tell MAXWELL that she was 
too old. MAXWELL would say "well you like them too young". 
saw these 
interactions. They would discuss logistics about who was coming and going, 
and talk about JEAN-LUC bringing people. 
After EPSTEIN went to jail, 
asked 
to meet at the New York 
house to go through stuff in the basement. It was just the two of them and 
was paid. 
asked 
to get rid of things like vibrators and 
pictures of women (some of them naked). Some of these pictures 
kept. 
would pay 
to house clean. 
paid her $50 an 
hour which 
picked up from BELLA. 
was making the decisions on 
what to keep and what to throw out. They would throw out gag toys, sex 
toys, naked photos. They would keep things like nice art. At the time, 
did not think much of it. They just sorted and 
handled it. 
went to EPSTEIN's house after his arrest in Palm Beach. She 
thought she did the same cleaning there that she did in Manhattan. 
When EPSTEIN went to jail, "301" turned into an office space. There was 
a lot of stuff thrown out there. 
recalled a tall guy named RICH on the island. He would take things 
in and out like food, deliveries, art and sculptures. She recalled him 
going in and out of the security room, which was the room to the right when 
entering the New York house. There were lots of screens in this room.

lawyers like ALAN DERSHOWITZ. 
met NAOMI CAMPBELL and WOODY ALLEN. A 
guy named LES that EPSTEIN talked to on the phone during massages worked 
with EPSTEIN but the calls seemed personal. 
did not visit EPSTEIN in jail. She did see him during house 
arrest. 
would keep 
passport while on the island and wasn't given 
it back. This was every time they went. When they got on the plane 
would take the passport. If 
was not there then III would take 
it. 
would keep it until they landed back in New York. 
felt 
like she couldn't leave. When she would ask 
when they were leaving 
she would say that it was up to EPSTEIN. If 
asked if she could leave 
on an earlier flight, 
would say, "No, I don't think that's a good 
idea". 
kept all of the passports including EPSTEIN's. The first 
time 
asked for it back 
said she would hold onto it. 
Recent regulars that EPSTEIN had between 2011-2013 was 
who 
brought girls and

after EPSTEIN was arrested in 
July. She didn't respond. 
texted her with no response. 
A private investigator contacted 
to see if she had any 
information. He said he was working for EPSTEIN and his lawyer.
