May 2017. The Miami Herald, other media, and Alan Dershowitz filed to have the documents 
about the settlement unsealed. After the judge dismissed their request, the matter was appealed to 
the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.1i531

Jane Doe v. Epstein and Trump (2016) 
A federal lawsuit filed in California in April 2016, against Epstein and Donald Trump by a 
California woman alleged that the two men sexually assaulted her at a series of parties at Epstein's 
Manhattan residence in 1994, when she was 13 years old. The suit was dismissed by a federal judge 
in May 2016 because it did not raise valid claims under federal law. The woman filed another 
federal suit in New York in June 2016, but it was withdrawn three months later, apparently 
without being served on the defendants. A third federal suit was filed in New York in September

The two latter suits included affidavits by an anonymous witness who attested to the accusations

On the Sunday, late morning I drove George Georgio back to Adelaide to go to the Adelaide 
Airport to for his flight back to Melbourne. We stopped at a Pizza Café within the 
metropolitan area CBD of Adelaide / corner café on an intersection, traffic lights on the left 
hand side heading towards the city / sidewalk dining available. George Georgio had spoken 
to the woman he shared the apartment with during our meal and had spoken affectionately 
towards her, affectionate words ; Darling / sweetheart 
I found this odd and stared at him as if unimpressed which made him nervous in my 
company. 
I then proceeded to drive George Georgio to the Adelaide Airport and dropped him off at 
the drive way to the entrance of the airport. 
George Georgio had stated : "I'll be back sooner than you think" 
I said goodbye to George Georgio and drove back to Port Pirie. 
George Georgio had left the airline flight book in my possession when he left at my place of 
residence, I
