Identity Theft - Numerous Bank accounts opened under the name of the victim of Identity Theft 4--
I was contacted on 
2021 by Officer Leong, stating that she was from Services SA on the 
phone number : 
During this phone contact I was informed that the phone call was being 
Recorded and them rm on given was not to be shared with a third party during the recorded phone call. 
Officer Leong (woman) informed me of the issue of suspected Identity Theft (my Identity) which involved 
numerous bank accounts being opened in my Identity and being used for Illegal purposes of Drug 
Trafficking, Money Laundering, Money Transfers to a corporation, Fraudulent Activity and were operating 
in numerous locations, from recalled memory being Queensland, ANZ, NAB, as some of the numerous 
accounts, and involved over 1 million dollars illegally rotating through the bank accounts. 
I was informed that my Tax file number was being Illegally misused in Australia and that my bank accounts 
and tax file number would be suspended. 
I was asked to provide the details of my banking institutions and the balances of the bank accounts in my 
name. I informed Officer Leong that I held 3 bank accounts with the Commonwealth Bank, 2 personal 
accounts and 1 business accounts, balances being $530.00, Goal Saver account, $10.00 - $15.00 in the 
business account and $15.00 - $20.00 in the personal account I informed Officer Leong that the accounts 
were set up by the Commonwealth Bank Manager, Paul Flavel, Kadina and could be confirmed by Paul 
Flavel, Manager. 
Following providing my bank account details I informed Officer Leong that this was a case of Identity 
A1/4C Theft.  i cer i tong agreed with me on the case of Identity Theft and informed me that the case would be 
to Federal Agencies- Federal Police - Legal Investigation 
Officer Leong then informed me that my bank accounts and Tax file number would not be subjected to a 
suspension and the case would be referred to the Federal agencies for a thorough investigation and I was 
not instigated in the illegal activity that had occurred because of the Identity Theft - Legal Investigation. 
I was informed by Officer Leong that the details would be sent to me via email services. 
":1 have not received an email from Officer Leong concerning this matter and contact 
Currently my email service registered under a business registration with GoDaddy is under investigation for 
email hacking and Malicious Activity that has been reported by myself and occurring in 2020 - 2021. 
As confirmed by Tetstra Head office, concerning continuous Fraudulent Activity occurring in all accounts 
over a 10 year period, the source of the continuous Fraudulent Activity in every account, server has been a 
result of Remote Access to servers, accounts and Computer Hardware resulting in blocked access, blocked 
contact, altered details and Fraudulent Activity and has been conducted by Government and Police Sources 
Government and Police Targeting_over a27 year period resulting in Specific Targeting of an Individual by 
the use of Technology - Illegal Government and Police Surveillance. and shared surveillance from location 
to location, and following relocation

- LC.A.0 2016 - 2017 and believed that I could not take the matter any further and that the 
activity that had ceased following relocation had ceased due to the relocation to Kadina. 
I packed away the evidence and stopped contesting and reporting the illegal activity and 
Intellectual Property Theft and continued to rebuild my life and my work on the book 
development. I grained employment in the local area of Kadina and sought a publishing

I then proceeded to work on a second book development as my intention was to turn the

account with this dating site and could not contact anyone (send first message) only answer 
messages that I was sent. I received first contact from Vincent Bulone, his profile displaying 
woman's photographs and stating that he was in a relationship and looking for sexual 
exploration in sexual conduct of threesomes. 
I was contacted by the woman in the photographs (portrayed as a woman) Vincent Bulone's 
partner who encouraged me to contact her husband Vincent Bulone involving the sexual 
exploration 21 a threesome (sexual experimentation). I was given Vincent Bulone's phone 
number angthformed that his name was "David" 
I contacted "David" who immediately answered and stated that he was overseas for work 
commitments but would be returning to Australia soon. I interacted with "David" over the 
course of 3 weeks who stated that he was staying in hotel accommodation overseas. 
"David" encouraged a meeting with him upon his return to Australia from overseas. 
"David" sent me explicit sexual photographs involving sexual acts with the woman who's 
photographs were on the dating site during these interactions. "David" (Vincent Bulone) 
informed me that his partner could not attend the meeting at the Scotty's Motel, Adelaide 
upon our first meeting as she had to work. 
I met "David" (Vincent Bulone) on a Sunday morning at the Scotty's Motel, Adelaide upon 
his return. "David" (Vincent Bulone arrived in a white Audi vehicle and met me in my room 
upstairs at the Scotty's Motel, Adelaide.

 I felt disgusted in this behaviour of interacting with Prostitutes and felt an instant loss of 
respect for Vincent Bulone who had portrayed himself as dignified, respectful, honourable 
and a gentleman during our phone interaction before meeting. 
I tried to understand his position and interaction with a prostitute for sex and continued to 
get to know him. We had breakfast in a café in the Adelaide CBD then proceeded to go for a 
drive around the Adelaide foreshores as we interacted and got to know one another more. 
We returned to the Scotty's Motel, Adelaide where we drank wine together and ordered a 
take away meal from an Indian Restaurant. 
Vincent Bulone portrayed himself as charming, well educated and seeking a relationship. 
Vincent Bulone stayed with me that night at the Scotty's Motel, Adelaide and we arranged to 
meet the following weekend in Kadina. 
We continued to interact via text messages on an everyday basis leading up to the following 
weekend. Vincent Bulone booked a motel room online at the Gateway Motel, Kadina for our 
next meeting. I met Vincent Bulone at the Gateway Motel, Kadina Saturday morning. 
We proceeded to go for brunch in Moonta SA. I believed that we were starting a 
relationship. 
Following this we continued to meet every weekend at the Gateway Motel, Kadina and then 
at the Wallaroo Apartments, Wallaroo SA. Vincent Bulone proceeded to tell me that he 
loved me and spoke to me as if we had started a relationship and led me to believe that we 
had. 
During a interaction at the Gateway Motel, Kadina we dined at the Italian Restaurant, 
Bellagio, Kadina in which Vincent Bulone displayed womanising behaviour and disrespect 
against me by inappropriate womanising behaviour with a female staff member, waitress. 
I scolded Vincent Bulone about this behaviour when we returned to the motel room, which 
Vincent Bulone acknowledged this behaviour was inappropriate and apologised for his

I continued to date Vincent Bulone for another 3 months, interacting with him daily via text 
messages on a phone number that he had given me when referred to him from the dating site

Vincent Bulone stated that he wanted to travel the world with me and arranged for me to 
travel to Sydney with him during a work travel commitment. Vincent Bulone paid cash for

Vincent Bulone arranged numerous lavish weekends away with him over this period, paying 
cash for rental houses in numerous locations. During this time I became aware of his

scolded him for this behaviour of which he continued to deny and blame me for my reaction 
to this behaviour. 
Robbie Davis, CEO of Potato Industry, who constantly rang Vincent outside of work hours 
and of whom Vincent had informed me that during his relationship with Tula Terry, Sweden 
he was sending photographs of himself to Robbie Davis and they were attending work 
meeting together. Vincent Bulone informed me that Robbie Davis was constantly playful 
with him, joking playfully with him and they often said "Goodnight " to each other at the 
end of a phone call. Vincent Bulone did not inform Robbie Davis that we were in a 
relationship of inform her that the reason he did not go to her place on the way to Robe was 
that we were together. He made it sound to her as if he went there alone and did not mention 
me at all. I was present during this phone call and questioned why he had not told her we 
were together and pretended he went alone. He stated that he had not told her about our 
relationship. He had also stated that they were good friends only. Vincent Bulone denied he 
conducted in unprofessional behaviour with women colleagues.

environment of Adelaide of which I did not receive from Vincent Bulone.

weekend following the separation and I started to stay in Adelaide with him following our

near death experience, held at knife point in a house by a boyfriend

woman showed me utter disrespect and our relationship and stared at me as if I was a rival.

Felicity was constantly complaining of emotional issues and seeking Vincent Bulone's 
support of which he complied constantly. Felicity was a student of Vincent Bulone's for a 10 
year period. Felicity had sent Vincent Bulone an email wanting him to attend her 
graduation, the email had affectionate overtones "Wish you were here" "We could have met 
at the hotel" 
I sighted these emails on Vincent Bulone's tablet that was synchronised to his work emaiL 
12th January 2019 I sighted numerous emails from Sweden colleagues wishing Felicity and 
Vincent's Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year, as if they were in a relationship and it 
was well known in Sweden that they were. 
Suspicious of Vincent Bulone's behaviour I had stolen his tablet while he slept and took it 
into the Bali Villa's bathroom and sighted his emails. I questioned Vincent Bulone about who 
Felicity was as he had never mentioned her before, he replied "she's a PHI) student in 
Sweden, she's hopeless though, it's taken her 10 years to graduate, she keeps getting 
pregnant." 
Vincent Bulone stated that he was being questioned and reprimanded in Sweden, KID 
University for his students being in his tuition for long periods of time and that he was being 
questioned about his personal involvement with them. 
Vincent Bulone informed me that he bad been reduced back down to Professor from 
Director of Research in Sweden following this statement.

My daughter who I have never had issues with or there has never been issues between us 
suddenly without explanation stopped talking to me while I was travelling in Europe and our 
relationship is now strained. My daughter claimed that during the break down of her 
relationship she was not in a good place in her head and was very emotionally troubled and 
she was dealing with issues between us from our past. There has not ever been issues in our 
past andwe had stayed in constant contact since she was 12 years old and moved to 
Melbourne to reside with her father. My daughter is now in another relationship with a 
young man named "Chris", who she sent me a photograph of this young man. Our

I reported this to the Telstra shop in Kadina, it was an escalated incident and I was informed that 
it was like the server on the other end was switched off but they had fixed the problem. 
Vincent had said in another message before this time that we would always stay in contact as 
friends and catch up occasionally. He said I hope you meet a business man who makes all your 
dreams come true - conflicts with Vincent's jealousy written in the psychological report given to Dr 
Nicole Manslow, Adelaide Psychologist, who was also given a copy of the evidence of targeting 
and Intellectual Property Theft. 
Vincent stopped answering all of my messages sent to his Swedish phone and his Adelaide 
phone. Conflicting with his messages of love and staying in contact.

I recently went to Adelaide and went to his university when he got back from Sweden on the 20th 
of February - his PA, my friend had informed me that he was leaving Sweden on the 9pm flight. 
Vincent denied this and said I must have got it wrong when I contacted him on his Adelaide work 
phone on the Saturday and did not want to see me on the Sunday. When I went to his university 
recently, Tuesday 3rd March 2020 he was not in his office upon my arrival so I left a letter for him 
with his PA, Stay and told Vincent that I was staying at the Scotty's Motel and to come have 
dinner with me. Vincent would not answer my text messages sent to his Adelaide work phone and 
did not meet with me at the hotel. I went to his home at around 7pm, he was not there so I went to 
his university and he was not there either and seemed to be avoiding me which conflicted with his 
valentines messages and message that we would always stay in touch. 
I left packages of this information with Stay to give to Natalie Betts and Julian, employees of 
Professor Vincent Bulone and personally gave this information to dave, Vincent's financial 
advisor. 
-Suspect - Causing emotional anguish based upon the targeting to create vulnerability in order to 
create an opportunity for another sexual targeter. Knew of my locations and arrival under the

harddrive. The business concepts and developments were stored in a locked vault designed 
through McAfee Security System and was password protected. McAfee Security System is
