QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE 
I am a legally qualified medical practitioner, registered in Australia as a specialist 
psychiata obtained my basic medical qualifications from the University of Adelaide in 
2002 and first worked within the mental health system in 2003. I entered into psychiatry 
training in 2006 and completed this at the end of July 2011 when I was granted 
Fellowship of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists. In 
September 2011, I was employed as a consultant psychiatrist with the Southern Adelaide 
Mental Health Service, based at Noarlunga Health Service, and took on the role as both
