number and asked if we could exchange phone numbers. I agreed after speaking to him for 
about a month online through the dating sites messenger service. 
First phone contact occurred 9th October 2014. 
I met Paul Gardner at the Coles Supermarket in October and first phone contact was made 
1st October 2014. 
I had only just met Paul Gardner and had not been on a date with him until 30th October 
2014, Smelters Picnic, Port Pirie. I had not made a commitment to Paul Gardner in the form 
of a relationship at this time so did not cease my contact with Dennis or remove my profile 
from the dating site. 
Dennis and I kept in contact continuously getting to know one another. Dennis started to 
make sexual advances through sexual overtones of his messages. 
I kept talking to Dennis via mobile text messages and phone calls while starting to date Paul 
Gardner. 
On 25th December 2014 I received a phone call from Dennis stating that while he was 
attending a gathering with friends for Christmas he was approached by two police officers, 
assumed to be metropolitan area and chatted to. He said that the conversation with the 
.police officers was very unusual and made him quite nervous. 
Dennis ceased all contact after that date.

I had been dating Paul Gardner for about 4 months but had not made a commitment to a 
relationship and did not remove my profile from the dating site. 
David and I exchanged text messages until the 12th March 2015. 
I ceased all contact with David because his messages became sexual and distasteful ,which 
made me feel very uncomfortable and uneasy about interacting further with him. 
I did not contact him again and changed my phone number November 2015. 
In April 2020 I contacted an Australian company, Solinnov seeking software development 
for my registered business JC INNOVATIONS. 
I spoke to the Development Director Sanka Piyaratna. 
Sanka informed me that his company designs and develops sophisticated Satellite and radio 
Frequency Technology for the Government and Military Forces. 
Sanka informed me that they were unable to develop the software needed for the commercial 
product designs of my business JC INNOVATIONS but offered to assist me if I provided a 
NDA for him to sign. Sanka informed me that he has software developer contacts in Israel 
and would assist me in contacting his contacts for the developments. 
I sent the NDA via email services / Toshiba Laptop reported as hacked - Refer to Stage 1C 
Fraudulent Activity Computer Hacking / Silicon Knights 
Sanka did not contact me again or answer my text messages regarding the NDA.
