proceedings against your company regarding you, the publishing house and your failure to fulfil 
your Legal Obligations of the legally binding Authors Contract, Breeches of Contract involving the

exposure, newsletter presence and exposure, which reflected on the profit Royalties of sales to 
the Author under contract, impending and infringing on the Authors career and professional 
reputation as a published professional author and are legally liable for the Breech of Contract,

Macauley, the publishing house, I, Holly Jackson, the author are legally in writing and delivered 
by registered mail informing you of my intentions to commence immediate legal action against 
your company unless negotiations under the Authors Terms of Demand are met within the period 
of 30 days of receiving this notification. 
Breech of authors contracts by the publishing house, Austin Macauley Publishers, London

What you need to do 
If you're registered for pay as you go withholding, pay as you go instalments or fringe benefits tax 
obligations, you need to keep lodging activity statements. If you need to cancel any of your other 
tax obligations, please phone us on 13 28 66 between 8.00am and 6.00pm, Monday to Friday. 
If you still have business assets to which you were, or are, entitled to GST credits after the 
cancellation date you may need to make an adjustment in your final activity statement. For more
