and had confronted him on his conflicting stories / excuses and unusual behaviour. 
Diversion to confuse the mind to cover up the truth that he was the one targeting me - I was 
acknowledging and noticing too much about his behaviour and had read his emails and text 
messages, which conflicted with his version and excuses or explanations. 
Vincent paid cash payments for numerous holidays, trips, hotels, meals, living expenses, his 
personal tax instalments of $3,000 - $4,000 quarterly, utility accounts, bought me a $27,000 
new car, paid for my teeth repair of fractured teeth that was a result of the medication while 
detained / falsified diagnosis, $5,000 - $10,000, $5,000 for my book contract publication, 
dining out every weekend, my clothing, online shopping, jewellery, presents of scarves, 
..handbags, perfumes, Apple Tablet, mobile phone.

Vincent Bulone informed me that he was in interactions with his previous partner about 
selling his half of the defacto home he shared with her in Sweden. His interaction with Tula 
Terry, Sweden had continued throughout our relationship in secret. I had witnessed there 
interaction on his personal tablet that was synched with his work phone. 
Vincent Bulone had treated Tula Terry, Sweden leading up to when we started our 
relationship as if she was still the love of his life and their relationship was not unhappy. The 
couple were still holidaying together and he sent her love notes, called her darling, princess 
and acted as if he still loved her. Vincent Bulone during their interactions in this relationship 
had been sleeping with a prostitute over a 2 year period, before we had met and was on a 
dating site AMM Dating site (Adult Match Maker) displaying photographs of the prostitute 
Sophia on his profile. 
Vincent Bulone was sending explicit photographs to phone numbers of his genitals on his 
work phone while in this relationship before we had met.

2! Vincent Bulone informed me during our relationship when 1 showed him a copy of the 
De-Contamination Research Project I had developed between the  years of 2014 - 2016 while 
residing in Port Pirie that he had been involved in a Decontamination Project involving the 
same concept, the use of filtration systems and it had been government funded project. The 
concept had been adapted to be used in refrigeration filtration systems for the 
decontamination of refrigerated food. I had submitted a business proposal for this project to 
the Pharmaceutical Company, Australia in 2016, hand written business concept installed on 
a computer, but received no reply or acknowledgement.

laundry sink in a bag when I was cleaning up the house and he was at work The medication 
had been prescribed by a Queensland doctor and acquired from a Queensland Pharmacy. 
The prescribed Viagra dated back over a two year period before we had met and had 
finished just before we had met - 2016 - 2018. 
Vincent Bulone was in a relationship with Tula Terry, Sweden during this period and had 
stated when we had first met that they had not had sexual relations in 4 years. 
Vincent Bulone had stated during our relationship that he had never been to a doctor since 
residing in Australia. - Deceitful Behaviour / lying 
I informed Vincent Bulone that I had found them. Vincent Bulone became very agitated and 
angry that I had found him. Vincent Bulone stated that he had obtained the prescribed 
medication by online consultation with the doctor - This way of obtaining prescribed 
medication was not available until 2020 Coronavirus outbreak - Deceitful Behaviour / Lying 
Vincent Bulone confessed that the reason he had obtained the Viagra medication was 
because he was "Seeing Sophia" (Prostitute) and that he had suffered a bike injury (pressure 
of the bike seat to his genitals) and said that it was a common condition of bicycle riders 
which had made tim impotent.

I would like to introduce myself, my name is

In previous developments I have worked extensively within the Medical fields and conducting 
research of public awareness concerning Health issues, involving the need for Specialists 
services within the regional locations and areas of South Australia, which was developed to 
extend to the Metropolitan areas of South Australia and to worldwide proportions, creating a much 
needed commodity concerning the public's health issues within these regions and locations. 
I am contacting you today to express my concerns in relation to the ongoing effects of the public's 
health issues in regards to cross contamination caused by Airborne germs and bacteria, which 
include the effects of Influenza, colds and other related causes of cross contamination of germ 
contaminates. 
Within my suggestion I have included the details of the suggested table of Target Markets, which 
outline the services suitable for this New Development, and of whom may accept and 
acknowledge a need for this New Development. 
I have included and outlined in the section - Advantages - Increase - Decrease - in line with this 
New Development in order to create an understanding of the health issues of which the public or 
individual, including that of Prominent positions encounter due to regular travel commitments or 
work related commitments for your review. 
I have included the suggestion concerning the effects of cross contamination contaminates in the 
section - Solution - which entails and outlines the direction of the New Development, of which will 
work in conjunction with the stipulated details of the health issues of cross contamination, within 
the sectors related to work related environments and the stipulated Target Markets, included for 
your review. 
Although I am contacting you in regards to a suggested development, I would appreciate a

I met David Bradley, Tasmania fitiedical Industry and colleanzue of Vincent Bulone's at a 
dinner held in a restaurant accompanied by Stay, Vincent Bulone's PA (my friend) and 
David, Vincent Bulone's Financial officer of his research team. Upon introduction to David 
Bradley he asked what I do for a living (employment). I informed him that I was an Author 
and was in the process of completing my first book for publication. David Bradley then 
proceeded to ask whge I came from (resided). I replied I use to live in Port Pirie but I 
relocated to Kadinal'David Bradley then replied "You should write your book about the Red ,>k

Devils (Bilde club) in Port Pixie. I had not revealed any details of the contents of my book to 
David Bradley or anybody else as it was under a Confidential contract with Austin Macauley 
Publishers, London for Copyright laws. 
The content of the book does include details of bikie gangs of which David Bradley could not 
have known unless he had direct access to my privacy and in the privacy of my own home as 
that is where the book had been developed from 2013 - 2018, and installed on a computer 
that has not ever been connected to the internet / password protected. The only people that 
had access to the contents of the book was my publisher, Austin Macauley Publishers, 
London and myself. 
*During the evening while dining David Bradley informed us that he his brother was a 
member of The Bells Angels Bikie Club, Adelaidy who is affiliated with The Red Devils 
A Motorcycle Club of Port Pixie, Peter Bannister.*, 
I became suspicious of David Bradley due to the comment about the contents of the book, 
which he could not have possibly known or guessed and the fact that he was affiliated with 
The Hells Angels Motorcycle Club, Adelaide and the events of which had taken place in Port 
Pirie (targeting, and who was involved) - Refer to all Files (connections) 
This alerted me to become suspicious of Vincent Bulone and his connections to the events in 
Port Pirie through affiliation. I started to gather information on Vincent Bulone while he 
was at work and questioned him constantly about suspicious behaviour, denials, replies to 
my questions or any strange or unusual behaviour that depicted the events of Port Pirie or 
my activities while in the home while he was at work and not in his presence. 
*Vincent Bulone spoke of an employee of the Adelaide University DVCR Mike Brooks -4(
Constantly stating that they were not just colleagues but also had a personal friendship. 
Vincent Bulone stated that he was going to meet him on the Adelaide foreshore on Sunday 
mornings regularly to discuss university matters outside of prying ears. Mike Brooks had 
met Tula terry, Sweden while Vincent Bulone was in a relationship with her but refused to 
introduce me to him or inform him of our relationship. I had sighted text messages on 
Vincent Bulone's tablet of his interaction with Mike Brooks on a personal level involving 
, swapping recipes with Tula Terry, Sweden.
