Following the submitted evidence to I.C.A.C, Corruption Commissioner and requesting an investigation 
into Police and Government Targeted Corruption and assistance the Liberal Government passed a bill to 
deny I.C.A.C, Corruption Commissioner the right to conduct investigations into Government officials and 
Government corruption and their involvement. 
2017 Government Funding Denied for I.C.A.0 Investigation 
In 2017 I contacted I.C.A.C, Corruption Commissioner and submitted in person documented evidence of 
Intellectual Property Theft, Medical Business Plan and M.S.I.C, and the targeted illegal activity and 
requested an investigation and assistance into this activity. I was denied an investigation and assistance 
in this instance. This occurred following my release from the illegal detainment into Glenside Mental 
Health Facility. detained as a result of Police Targeting, Port Pine Police Department, Illegal 
Representation connected to Roger Kirchner, SA Health and falsified diagnosis of Dr Kajani, Port Pine, 
DR Nguyen and SACAT. The falsified diagnosis involved was Schizophrenia (a delusional condition). 
While detained in Glenside an act of Intellectual Property Theft occurred, which involved the development 
of Student and University college students accommodation, that resulted in being in the possession of SA 
Government, and was constructed and established for the Adelaide University. This business 
development constructed while detained in January 2017 - February 2017 was submitted to the Manager 
of Glenside for review but was denied support and remained in my possession only. This development 
written in the detainment of Glenside Mental Health Facility, while claiming I was suffering from a 
delusional condition of Schizophrenia remained in hand written form only and has never been installed on 
a computer of submitted into the possession of a third party. 
The illegal detainment occurred as a result of a court ordered Mental Health Evaluation under the act of 
Illegal Representation and was conducted by Dr Nguyen, which resulted in a falsified diagnosis being the 
act of which I was then detained 1 hour following the evaluation. 
Dr Nyugen graduated in the Adelaide University, SA - Connected to the Adelaide University 
Vicki Chapman, Attorney General of South Australia is directly involved in the Glenside Mental Health 
Facility services and contained within the 2020 reply, her advice to contact a law firm Slater and Gordon

Ellis releases plan for regional health 
Member for Narungga Fraser Ellis has today released his Regional Health Plan, which outlines a number of solutions to 
outh Australia's regional health crisis. 
"As I have publicly stated many times, regional health care is the biggest issue facing the Narungga electorate—and all 
country South Australians—and it was an issue long before the pandemic and will continue to be one long after it is 
finished," Mr Ellis said. 
"Over the last 3 'A years I am proud to have played a part in securing local improvements such as the new surgical unit 
at Yorketown, aflerhours x rays and a salaried doctors model for Wallaroo Hospital under a new Rural Health 
Workforce Plan, and decentralising local health network boards. But problems still exist, and it is clear the status quo 
can't remain. 
"I welcome the Federal Government's announcement last week of the incentive to pay HELP debts of graduating 
doctors and nurses who commit to working in regional areas, but I believe more still needs to be done. 
"Today I present a plan for Regional Health Care. 
"Over the past months I have consulted with rural health professionals from across the State, shared ideas with the 
Minister for Health and chatted to constituents about improvements they'd like to see in their local health services. 
"The critical issue is the shortage of doctors themselves. Them are a large number of carrots in place to encourage 
doctors to work in the country, but few are working. It is time to get a stick out. 
"I believe as a priority we need the discerning allocation of Medicare Provider numbers by the Federal Government to 
ensure efficient distribution of GPs across the State, and for State Government to appoint an Assistant Minister for 
Regional Health. 
"If I am re-elected as the Member for Narungga 1 give my word to the people of our electorate that regional health care 
will be my primary focus. We deserve access to basic services that people from the city take for granted and, just like I 
have delivered improvements over the course of this Parliament, I remain committed to ensuring that we have those

Firstly I would like to thank you for acting on the information I provided regarding the medical 
services in the rural regional areas and sectors, and congratulate you on a job well done. 
I overheard the public announcement regarding medical students receiving Government support 
on loan repayments concerning continuing their doctorates in rural regions. I do believe this is a 
step in the right direction and will encourage further medical students to consider their options 
and relocate to rural regions, which will greatly benefit those areas. 
I have been addressing this issue since 2007 and it was of great satisfaction to finally get a result 
following submitting the information to you. a Government official who regarded the information as 
a serious issue and acted. 
I was impressed and will endeavour to support your position and Government campaigns in 
anyway I can. 
On another note, I have not heard of the outcome of your court proceedings regarding the ICAC 
investigation but do hope you can prove your innocence and all goes well for you, as I do still 
believe in your innocence and understand the distress this must have caused you. 
I would also like to take the time to address your new direction as an Independent leader and do 
believe it is a step towards a better position for you, although a transitional period is inevitable, 
but want you to know you have my support 100%. 
On the issue of which I reported to you and was seeking your assistance of ongoing targeted 
illegal activity that has affected my life, an issue of Organised Targeted Crime. 
I did contact the Kadina Police Station for assistance but it was to no avail and received no 
assistance, and was not addressed on a serious note. but it was very informative, judging by their 
reactions. 
I continued my investigations into this matter myself and finally following 8 years of reporting this 
activity made headway, lets say leaps and bounds in the right direction and the reported illegal 
targeted activity continued to be verified and confirmed as the reports and evidence submitted 
stated, I am a victim of targeted Organised Crime, illegal activity against me being conducted by 
numerous, multiple sources. The reported illegal activity was verified and confirmed by numerals 
sources contacted who recognised the illegal activity as a serious matter and provided their action 
and support. I am continuing my endeavours to remove this horrendous attack from my life and 
rebuild my life here in Kadina, my hometown, free from this 27 year ordeal of Targeted Organised 
Crime and will project myself into a new direction of building a business in the medical industry 
here in Kadina, the rural sector. I am aiming to gain a degree in Psychology and establish my own 
Private practice and endeavour to assist other people to better themselves, their lives and offer 
them support by providing them with a true understanding of troubled issues, life's ups and 
downs, hard knocks and provide my wisdom through my own life's experiences to assist in 
guiding towards a new direction.

Dear Health and Community services Complaints Commissioner, 
I am contacting you to bring to your attention a concerning Medical and Health issue I 
experienced while requiring emergency medical treatment for Acute Allergy Oedema that I 
developed following the administration of the Covid19 vaccine, Pfizer on the 8th February 2022, 
and  my admission to the Wallaroo Hospital Emergency Clinic. 
On first presentation to the Wallaroo Hospital Emergency Clinic 8 days following the 
administration of the Covid19 Pfizer vaccine and presenting multiple symptoms, which included a 
hive like rash covering the regions of my face, neck, chest, arms and legs, commencement of 
swelling in my facial and nasal regions, severe sneezing and congestion in my sinus passages, a 
severe feeling of unwellness and commencement, of tightening of the chest (lungs) I informed the 
Triage nurse of my Medical History of previous Acute Allergy reactions to vaccines and multiple 
medications, and that the Covid19 vaccine Pfizer, 1st dose, had been administered 8 days prior 
to my presentation at the emergency clinic. 
I was then admitted to the emergency clinic to be assessed by a doctor and to receive medical 
treatment for the presented symptoms. I was then examined and assessed by a younger doctor, 
who introduced himself as Tim. Following examination by this doctor I was diagnosed with 
suffering from a Viral Infection and was prescribed Phenergan for the itchiness of the hive like 
rash, and was discharged from the emergency clinic. 
The diagnosis of a Viral Infection following the administration of the Covid19 vaccine Pfizer and 
my previous prior medical history of acute allergy reactions to vaccines and multiple medications 
was an obvious misdiagnosis of an inexperienced doctor of allergy reactions or inexperienced as 
a whole in this clinic. 
Two days following this diagnosis I presented myself again at the Wallaroo Hospital Emergency 
Clinic for the second time presenting extremely escalated symptoms, which now included the hive 
like rash covering the regions of my facial, neck, chest, legs and arms appearing now as skin 
lesions and had severely spread to cover all regions of the facial, neck and chest regions, the ' 
commencement of previous swelling to my facial region had escalated to severe swelling and 
spreading into the area of my head, which felt like intemal swelling of my brain not external 
swelling of my scalp, the symptoms had also escalated into my Respiratory system and I was 
now suffering from compromised breathing and escalated Allergy Asthma , an original 
Respiratory condition that had began following the administration of the ADT vaccine, a 
Respiratory allergy reaction to the vaccine, and was now struggling to breath and catch my 
breath.

Following presenting myself with these severe symptoms which was now endangering my life as 
a result of the breathing difficulties at the front desk of the Wallaroo Hospital Emergency Clinic, 
and following the initial misdiagnosis of a Viral Infection by the doctor on site at my first 
presentation at the clinic I was then admitted to the examination room to wait for a doctor to 
examine me, and to receive the now urgent medical treatment and care I required. due to the 
severe breathing difficulties. 
Following being admitted to an examination room within the Emergency clinic by a Triage nurse 
at the front desk I was then left to wait in the examination room, struggling to breath and 
beginning to panic for a period of 2 hours. Following waiting for a period of 2 hours and now 
feeling very panicky due to my compromised breathing I began to suffer from chest pains and 
proceeded to address the nurse with this medical urgency. 
I was informed by the nurse that the doctors were changing shifts and I would have to continue to 
wait. I continued to wait a further 30 minutes while listening to the new shift of doctors address the 
other patients in the emergency ward who had already received medical treatment and care from 
the previous shift of doctors. The other patients, which numbered three or four were now 
informing the new doctors on shift that the pain in their feet had dissipated or the back pain had 
now gone, but not one of these patients who had received prior medical treatment from the 
previous shift of doctors complained of suffering from breathing difficulties, which would require 
urgent medical treatment, as a Triage nurse should know and prioritise accordingly as first priority 
as in my case. 
Feeling very disgusted at the lack of medical care and urgency I was being treated with and now 
feeling very panicky because of my breathing difficulties and feeling as if I was being ignored by 
the doctors and Triage nurse, including medical staff of the emergency clinic I discharged myself 
in the hope that if I called an ambulance, which would have cost me S1000 when I returned home 
in Kadina I would actually receive the urgent medical treatment that I required. 
Once I arrived at my place of residence in Kadina following discharging myself from the 
Emergency clinic I laid down on my bed exhausted and struggling to breath and passed out, and 
didn't wake until early the next morning. 
The next morning when I awoke the severe and acute symptoms I had presented myself with at 
the Wallaroo Hospital Emergency Clinic the evening before had now escalated even further and I 
was now suffering from shooting pains across all areas of my head, which still felt like internal 
brain swelling, I was in extreme pain from acute swelling of my facial regions and the skin lesion 
type rash had now covered every region of my body, my sinuses had completely swelled and 
congested and could not breath through my nasal passages. the compromised breathing and 
triggered allergy asthma had escalated to rapid breathing and the chest pain was increasing. 
Suffering from these severe symptoms, which had now overnight escalated to rapid breathing 
indicating a heart failure related condition I once again presented m
 the Wallaroo Hospital 
Emergency Clinic, accompanied by my parents, Cynthia and David 
, as I was unable to 
drive. 
When I approached the front desk and being addressed by the Triage nurse and a younger 
doctor on site and informing them of the medical urgency of the situation. and that it was the third 
time I had been seeking urgent medical treatment in the clinic because of the severity of the 
condition and symptoms, and that I had been ignored for 2 hours the previous evening while 
suffering from extreme breathing difficulties we were met with an arrogant. distasteful attitude and 
was blamed with being abusive towards them. which as a Qualified Professional Business 
Manager, and Qualified Business Administration, Business Development and a Published Author 
under contract with a publishing house in London, I can assure you I do know about correct 
behaviour in public offices, and we were at no time abusive or aggressive towards the staff of this 
Emergency Clinic. 
Following presenting myself for the third time at the Wallaroo Hospital Emergency Clinic requiring 
Emergency urgent medical treatment because of escalated compromised respiratory system that 
had remained untreated the evening before, and was now presenting symptoms of a threatened

Heart condition, chest pains and rapid breathing, due to the lack medical treatment urgency the 
evening before I was immediately placed in the examination room and my obs addressed by the 
Triage nurse. who had addressed me at the front desk with a distasteful attitude. 
During this procedure of having my obs assessed by the Triage nurse I was once again 
addressed with a very negative, distasteful attitude and she proceeded to berate me for 
discharging myself the evening before, blaming me , the patient for the medical negligence of the 
emergency clinic and the doctors of which had not assisted me and address the urgency of my 
Respiratory distress and compromised breathing on my second presentation to the clinic. 
I was immediately examined by an experienced doctor on site, Dr Birss, who immediately 
diagnosed me with Acute Allergy Oedema as a result of an Allergy reaction to the administered 
Covid19 Pfizer vaccine, administered on the 8th February 2022. and prescribed a medical 
treatment plan of Predisolone, and due to the severity of the allergy reaction required two courses 
of the prescribed medical treatment plan, followed by a continual medical treatment plan of 
Phenergan for ongoing symptoms, prescribed by a GP of the Kadina Medical Association Clinic. 
I was informed by Dr Birss while receiving the urgent medical treatment I required that the next 
step of treatment that would have been required urgently would be a Tracheostomy to treat my 
compromised Respiratory system and rapid breathing with chest pain (heart) because of the 
severity of my condition, that was not treated the evening before. 
The untreated severity of my condition could have resulted in the loss of my life and severely 
endangered my life by being left untreated with Compromised respiratory system of breathing 
difficulties and the acute allergy reaction to the vaccine, which was misdiagnosed initially. 
I am contacting you to inform you of the severe medical issue I experienced as a result of the 
Medical Negligence and attitudes towards patients of the doctors and Triage nurses of the 
Wallaroo Hospital emergency Clinic, and the inexperience and poor management of this 
department of the Wallaroo Hospital, which resulted in a severe threat to my life, and could have 
resulted in my death, and urgently needs to be acknowledged and addressed. 
I am contacting you to place a complaint against the Wallaroo Hospital Emergency Clinic and am 
requesting urgent attention to this medical issue involving : 
• 
Medical Negligence of the Triage nurse upon second presentation at the emergency clinic 
• 
Medical Malpractice of the doctor upon first presentation of diagnosis of a Viral Infection 
• 
Medical Negligence of the Emergency Clinic of the doctors and staff for failure to treat an 
urgent medical condition of a Acute Compromised respiratory system that could have 
resulted in the patients death upon second presentation of the patient to the emergency 
Clinic 
• 
Abusive and aggressive behaviour towards a patient conducted by the Triage nurse upon 
third presentation to the emergency clinic while the patient was suffering from rapid 
Breathing / threat of heart failure and severe compromised respiratory system for the 
medical negligence of the emergency clinic and doctors that had occurred the evening 
before / second presentation 
Following experiencing the medical negligence of this department of the Wallaroo Hospital I 
submitted a written detailed account of this event and medical negligence of the staff in this 
department and the medical negligence of the department to the head nurse of the Wallaroo 
Hospital, Sue Watkins informing her in detail of my experience and received no 
acknowledgement or reply to this complaint. 
I am contacting you to place a complaint against the Wallaroo Hospital Head Nurse, Sue Watkins 
for failure to address a critical patient complaint of endangerment to the patients life due to the 
medical Negligence of the staff of the Emergency Clinic and request urgent attention to this 
medical issue of the Wallaroo Hospital. 
I have provided this information to the local MP, Fraser Ellis, Graves Street . Kadina and advise 
you to contact Fraser Ellis, MP to discuss these continual medical issues that are occurring in the 
Wallaroo Hospital and this region in the medical sector, which is endangering the community

I have provided a detailed account of the medical urgency I suffered during the medical 
symptoms of the Acute Allergy Oedema, including photographic evidence of how I presented 
myself at the Wallaroo Hospital Emergency Clinic, and a copy of the written detailed account I 
submitted to the head nurse of the Wallaroo Hospital, Sue Watkins, which also contained the 
detailed account of the event, including photographic evidence, of which I received no 
acknowledgement or reply, dated 3rd May 2022. 
I am requesting your urgent attention and immediate action concerning this written complaint 
against the Wallaroo Hospital and Wallaroo Hospital Emergency Clinic.

I am contacting you to supply you with the report that I submitted 
dated 16th August 2022, concerning the Medical Negligence of the Wallaroo Hospital. as 
discussed during our meeting and the contact details of the Complaints Commissioner that your 
office supplied. 
As discussed the report contains all details of the Medical Negligence, which include the Triage 
nurse issue. misdiagnosis upon first presentation at the Emergency Clinic, which in turn resulted 
in a life threatening situation, the attitude of the staff, the negligence of not treating a patient with 
compromised breathing, which involved the Triage nurse not prioritising urgency of the patients, 
and also as discussed the lack of recognition from the Head nurse of the hospital when supplied 
with a written report of the emergency situation and extreme negligence of the staff involved. 
The report supplied is self explanatory and I do now hope that this issue involving the Wallaroo 
Hospital will become recognised and urgently addressed to reform the ongoing medical issues 
within this system and improve the Medical Care of this community. 
Regarding the further issues discussed I supplied contact details via email regarding the medical 
infrastructure developments I supplied previously and a point of contact on which to start to 
discuss the implementation of the reformed infrastructure. in order to improve and facilitate the 
current issues this community has and is facing at this current time concerning the medical 
treatment and conduct of the Wallaroo Hospital. 
I am still currently in further negotiations with the medical claim of the Medical Negligence 
concerning the Acute Allergy Oedema reaction that I suffered as a result of the Covid19 Vaccine, 
and as I expected they are playing ball at the moment with trying to direct me to claim the 
Government Compensation Claim for reactions to the Covid19 vaccine, but as I explained to them 
the acute reaction was not pertained specifically to the Covid19 vaccination, but a case of Medical 
Negligence and Medical Malpractice of the Medical Professionals involved due to my Medical 
History of previous acute allergy reactions to previous vaccines and several medications. which 
placed me in a high risk bracket and the Medical professionals involved failed to conduct testing 
for an allergy reaction according to the referral by Dr Daehn, Kadina Medical Association. 
I will inform you of the outcome once finalised.

Further to the submitted complaint I am contacting you to submit a compensation claim against 
the Medical Negligence and Malpractice of the Medical Professionals involved of the Wallaroo

Negligence of not responding to a serious complaint of a patient of the hospital, that involved a 
threat to life and Endangerment of life and the Medical Professionals of the hospital involved. 
I am requesting that this written report of claiming compensation involving the following facts be 
addressed and submitted to the correct department for commencement of the compensation 
claim. 
Medical Malpractice of the doctor, Tim of the Wallaroo Hospital Emergency Clinic for the

suffered continuous and constant police harassment, victimization and stalking within the township of 
Kadina by multiple police officers and including her ex husband. the connected police officer which was

Police Department or any other police department due to the ongoing issues with being targeted by police 
in the community during this period of 2015 
Following not proceeding with the report to the Kadina Police Department the Kadina Police Department 
contacted the Port Pirie Police Department and certain police officers involved in the current ongoing 
police targeting of the community member came to the community member house of residence and stated 
they had been contacted by the Kadina Police Department concerning the report 
The community member of Port Pirie did not proceed to make a report of the suspected Child Abduction 
due to recognizing the male police officer, Jake Austin, Port Pirie Police Department as one of the police 
officers continuously involved in 2014-2016 Police Targeting occurring following the community member 
reporting recognized targeted criminal activity in her life

Following the community member contacting the Local Member of Government Fraser Ellis, MP to discuss 
local community projects and community and public issues the community member encountered multiple 
events of being stalked, followed by multiple police officers of the Kadina Police Department in Every 
location of the township at exact moment the community member is in that location, as occurred in Port 
Pirie 2014-2016 and escalated to the community member being followed into shopping locations / 
Woolworths multiple times and police officers proceeding to try to introduce themselves to her being 
followed down highways from Adelaide to Kadina, being followed while walking / excising in morning 
hours, standing on corners of the street while community member is posting mail in Australia Post Kadina 
location and watching community members movements 
Following these events conducted by the Kadina Police Department continuously the Kadina community 
member then encountered Police targeting again in Port Pirie conducted by Port Pirie Police Department 
while taking her terminally ill father, terminal cancer to the Port Pine District Hospital for Cancer 
treatment / Chemo - Kadina Community member was followed into the hospital grounds by the police 
officer in a police vehicle - occurring at exact period of Kadina community member encountering Police 
targeting in the location of Kadina community as stated above
