Oma Säästöpankki Oyj — Republication of Background Materials
Background
We originally published these materials roughly three weeks ago, because we wanted to ensure that a public discussion about matters this significant would be possible — and at the same time give authorities an opportunity to act. Now, however, it appears there is reason to make these materials permanently public, so that all parties involved — and especially the current customers of Oma Säästöpankki Oyj — can draw their own conclusions.
Most recently, Henry Aflecht got a first-hand look at Oma Säästöpankki's problems when he was suddenly unable to withdraw his organisation's funds. Then again, no surprise: if the bank has no funds available for withdrawal, that naturally complicates matters in many ways.
1. Published Materials
1.1 Phone Recording, 10 November 2025 — Present: Heini and Sami Minkkinen, Taneli Koponen
The phone recording reveals, in its essential parts, what has happened at OmaSP and why the National Bureau of Investigation (KRP) wanted to interview us. The recording reveals that, according to confidential and apparently reliable sources, critical lending-related documents have gone missing from Oma Säästöpankki's vaults — which raises a serious question: How could Oma SP have destroyed documents while already being under investigation by both the Financial Supervisory Authority (Finanssivalvonta) and the National Bureau of Investigation?
After listening to the recording, anyone can openly consider why the bank's former executives received golden handshakes and why nothing has been done about any of it.

1.2 Other Materials
We are withholding publication of other related materials for the time being — particularly those concerning the collaboration between Pasi Turtio and Antti Korpela — but these materials will also be published at a later date. Publication has been automated in case we ourselves are prevented from doing so.
1.3 Preservation of Materials
In addition to these pages, all materials have been saved to the Web Archive and elsewhere to ensure their preservation.
